Situated on the hillside in Torre Soli the villa has road side parking area with 16 steps leading down to the front door.
As everything is centered on one floor, you have the living spaces to the right and the bedrooms and bathrooms to the left. 
Leading off from the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with American bar and a cosy dining room which overlooks the BBQ area.
From the comfortable furnished lounge you can step out onto the large covered terrace with a built in BBQ, dining furniture and splendid seaviews.
To the right of the lounge there are three double/twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two of the rooms overlook the pool area and the other faces the rear. There are two bathrooms in the villa.
