Prestige Villas Spain are delighted to offer you Villa Luis. This lovely two storey semi-detached house with its own private gardens and swimming pool is situated in Torre Solí Nou, and enjoys spectacular views of the sea and Son Bou beach.
The upper floor, comprises of a living room-dining room, a twin bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor laundry room.
This floor also has a covered terrace with an area for barbecues while you contemplate the beautiful sea view.
On the lower floor there are two twin bedrooms, a shared bathroom as well as a double room with en-suite bathroom. The common spaces on both floors are fully air-conditioned.
The large sun terraces surrounding the private swimming pool and the garden area allow guests to make the most of the outdoors whilst soaking up the sun.
