Lovely Apartment

Very nice apartment in an excellent position. Apartment is very modern and has everything you need. Added bonus of a car parking space. Walk into the centre in 10 minutes max. Lots of bars, cafes etc very close by.

Excellent accommodation and instructions for using the property. Very comfortable- only issue was the couch had ground in stains all over it & it wasn’t clear how to get out of the outside gate without a key fob once we left the building. Thanks

Very spacious plenty of kitchen facilities, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine. Kitchen tap leaked and water flowed along work surface and made everything wet !!! Bathroom plenty big enough, shower leaked near toilet over the floor, otherwise ok. Very bright and airy, windows and Juliet balcony doors opened allowing fresh air throughout. Quite pricey stayed in similar for cheaper price.

Can't fault it!

We enjoyed our stay at 49 The Walk. The apartment is comfy and spacious, and also quite quiet despite the location, because it is on the top floor. The kitchen is well-stocked and the apartment is near Micklegate bar, and therefore not far from the town centre at all. The only small thing was that the heating seemed to be on one night so it got too warm! But overall a very enjoyable stay, and strongly recommended.

Excellent apartment, warm and light, easy access to all of York.

Excellent apartment, comfortable beds, warm, light and airy. Only downside three seater quite small so if there was four people there would be no other easy chair to sit in after a busy day. As my husband and daughter are thin the sofa was adequate for the three of us although having a 'chaise lounge" end you do not always want to lie down. Also the dining chairs were garden metal chairs so not very comfy. Another easy chair would be advantageous especially for four persons staying.. Saying this it did not detract from the overall easy access of the apartment and good position - would stay again especially if another easy chair was added if we came as a foursome.

Great apartment in a very noisy location

The apartment is fantastic value for money. The beds are comfortable and it is close to town. Bad points - it is located on a very busy road and is very noisy with traffic and drunks into the early hours so make sure you have ear plugs!
