Salty Beach house is a lovely cosy summer house. The house is fully equipped, has 4 beds,new bathroom ( 2025) a private kitchen bathroom with shower. when you walk out of the street, you can see the lighthouse and it is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and the lovely boulevard with lots of restaurants At 300 metres from the house you can park for free, a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful Noordwijk. We love to welcome you in our property.

Kleines verstecktes Häuschen

1 Woche Erholung in einem kleinen versteckten Häuschen in Noordwijk im April. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gab es gratis. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Noordwijk

Lekker uitwaaien

Heerlijk plekje, vlak bij het strand. Klein maar knus huisje. Badkamer wat verouderd. Fijn contact met de eigenaar. Perfect plekje. Om even uit te waaien.

zentrale FeWo in Noordwijk

Die FeWo ist sehr zentral sowohl zur Fußgängerzone als auch zum Strand. Busverbindungen zu nahen (und schönen) Ausflugszielen wie Delft und Leiden sind fußläufig zu erreichen und funktionieren gut und problemlos. Die FeWo ist zwar klein, aber funktionell und für zwei bis drei Personen ausreichend, jedoch u.E. nicht für vier Personen. Leider sind weder für den Gasherd, die Spülmaschine noch das Fernsehgerät Bedienungsanleitungen vorhanden. Mangels Angabe des vertraglichen Netzanbieters des Fernsehgerätes konnten wir dieses nicht nutzen. Das Bad bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. Die Fliesen in der Dusche sind beschädigt und abgenutzt, die Schienen der Duschabtrennung verrostet und die Türen nur noch sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Aufgrund fehlender Heizung im Bad trocknen die Handtücher nicht und müssen im Wohnbereich getrocknet werden. Bei Bezug der FeWo roch das Bad so intensiv nach Desinfektionsmitteln (oder scharfem Reinigungsmittel), das wir zunächst gründlich lüften mussten. Dieser Geruch hielt noch Tage an. Aufgrund des schlechten Zustandes des Bades würden wir die FeWo nicht noch einmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Alles top netter Vermieter Lage war super nur die Ablage im Badezimmer unterm Spiegel sollte befestigt werden und die Duschkabine sollte auch mal in Ordnung gebracht werden sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden kommen gerne wieder top Vermieter sehr schöne Lage und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht

Auch im Winter schön ...

Im Januar habe ich das Salty Beach House mit einer Freundin gebucht. Es ist klein und schnuckelig und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war von Anfang bis Ende sehr nett und sie haben Wünsche sofort umgesetzt. Witzig und sehr hilfreich war das Video zum Check-in.

Positiver Gesamteindruck

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, doch ist zu beachten, dass es eben keine Terrasse oder Balkon gibt. Parksitutation etwas problematisch, bei der Ausstattung fehlen ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten. Empfehlenswert für 2 - 3 Personen.

Prima Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Gepflegt, sauber gemütlich. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr nett, umfangreiche Informationen. Lage ruhig und gut. Bis zum Strand wenige Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe konnte man ohne Auto problemlos erreichen. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Netter Ort. Sehr schöner Sandstrand mit tollen Strandrestaurants.

Einfach wunderbar alles perfekt bis auf einen kleinen Makel. : die Fenster konnten nicht richtig geöffnet werden ( Dreh Kipp Fenster zum lüften)

Kleines Ferienhaus nahe Strand

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt . Es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens, stets freundlich und Probleme wurden sofort beseitigt (wir hatten leider den Schlüssel verloren) Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für Kleinigkeiten: wenig Stauraum im Schlafzimmer, hier hatten uns ein paar Kleiderbügel und ein größerer Spiegel gefehlt, Und das innenliegende Bad war nicht so schön Aber wie gesagt, nur Kleinigkeiten

Gemütliches und strandnahes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Das etwas zu kleine WC und die kleine Duschkabine und die steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss sorgen dann nur für die 4-Sterne-Bewertung. Der Vermieter hat sich schnell um unsere Wünsche und Fragen gekümmert, allerdings hätte die Kommunikation vor Urlaubsantritt noch besser sein können ( Beantwortung von Nachrichten, Anleitung des CheckIns).

Wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Treppe ist ziemlich steil, war aber für uns ok. Für hohe Ansprüche nicht geeignet. (Dusche recht klein, in den Küchenschränken riecht es etwas modrig, im Einzelzimmer ziemlich durchgelegene Matratze) Für uns war soweit jedoch alles ok, da der Preis in Ordnung war und der Vermieter sehr bemüht und nett

Schönes Appartement

Lage ist gut, quasi ein kleines Haus. Gut die Kombination Küche & Wohnraum sowie zwei kleine Schlafzimmer. Schön eingerichtet. Recht steile Treppe (beim Kind etwas aufpassen). Bad ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet - da könnte man nochmal was dran tun. Wir würden aber wieder in die Wohnung fahren!

I think Noordwijk is the most beautiful place in the Netherlands. I live with great pleasure in this seaside village. I like to receive people who want to enjoy the beach and the dunes, the beautiful village center and the nice restaurants that can be found here.

I cycle fanatically. Of course my tours always start in Noordwijk. Usually I ride the first few kilometers through the dunes where rabbits and deer often cross my path. From here you can even cycle to so many beautiful places. The bulb fields and Keukenhof, but also Leiden and The Hague are nearby.

If you need tips for a nice outing, I'll be happy to give them to you.
