Eine Perle für Individualisten und Kenner
Das Haus ist sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Das Geschirr, Besteck und die Einrichtung sind sehr neu. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche und im Haus. Das Internet ist schnell und einfach zugänglich. Bettbezüge, Handtücher und die Ausstattung für den ersten Start (Tee, Spül-Tabs, Toilettenpapier) waren prima. Wir hatten die unteren beiden Wohnungen die eine prima Einheit mit drei Schlafzimmern, dem Garten und zwei Stellplätzen sind. In der Wohnung darüber war niemand. Die Zufahrt ist nicht so einfach zu finden, aber wirklich gut fahrbar. Zum Supermarkt sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und zum nächsten Strand/Hafen und Strandpromenade sind es 12 Minuten. Die Fußgängerzone von Chiavari hat viele Geschäfte. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe liefen bestens.

Schöne Wohnung jedoch sehr laut
Die Wohnung ist top, Umgebung schön. Problematisch wird es jedoch, wenn die obere Wohnung zur selben Zeit auch vermietet wird, was ja meist der Fall ist. Es ist dann jeder Schritt, jedes Gespräch und vorallem jedes minimale Rücken und wenn es nur ein Stuhl ist sehr laut zu hören. Bei Obermieter, welche gerne nächtlich noch ein wenig beisammen sitzen ist dadurch so gut wie kein Schlafen möglich. Die Vermieterin hat sich das Problem angehört und mitgeteilt, dass Sie mit den Obermietern spricht. Nach eigenem mehrfachen Kontakt mit den Obermietern, scheint hier nichts passiert zu sein. Bei weiterer Mitteilungen an die Vermieterin wurde uns nur darauf verwiesen, dass die Obermieter nach 3 Tagen wieder abreisen. Für junge Leute ist die Wohnung demnach toll. Für Leute, welche sich erholen möchten total ungeeignet.

Très bonne location, propre, bien équipée et au calme. À moins de 30 minutes du promontoire de Portofino et guère plus loin de Levanto pour se rendre aux Cinque Terre par train. Super séjour

Wunderbares Haus
Schönes Haus sehr ruhig gelegen und etwas außerhalb der quirligen Stadt. Mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Min in die Stadt/zum Strand. Neu und sauber. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Sehr einladender Und eingezäunter Garten mit guter Ausstattung (Möbel, Schirme, Hängematten, Grills, etc.). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes neues Haus mit Meerblick
Das Haus ist neu, hat einen schön angelegten, ganz umzäunten Garten (wichtig für Hundebesitzer!), liegt ruhig im Grünen am Hang, mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf Chiavari und das Meer. Es ist nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Besitzerin Elisa und ihre Mitarbeiterin Laura haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren immer für uns erreichbar (vielen Dank!). Uns hat Chiavari und die Region sehr gut gefallen, wo es einiges auch abseits der großen Touristenströme zu entdecken gibt. Das Meer punktet mit glasklarem Wasser, allerdings sind die Strände eher klein und oft steinig. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert.
