Detached period house situated in private, secluded grounds with great Solent views. Offering spacious living and is tastefully decorated throughout. Well equipped large luxury kitchen with an Aga and built-in cooker & microwave as well as a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The table in the kitchen conservatory can seat 8. A washing machine is installed in the cellar. The Sitting Room has a SMART 48" TV. The Dining Room seats 12. All bathrooms feature luxury walk-in showers. A large bath is situated in the ground floor bathroom. Private Drive Parking for 6 cars The first floor has a master ensuite double bedroom, 3 other double bedrooms and the main bathroom. The second floor is the original servants quarters and has a further two twin bedded rooms. All four external corners of the property have a security camera mounted on the wall and there is a Ring smart doorbell that contains a camera. These will be on during during a rental.

Amazing house with huge bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Lovely views and a perfect location. Very well equipped. And very easy and quick communication with Charles. Outside space is lovely.
Only would note that there is a distinct smell of smoke throughout the house.
Devonia is a family home with a lived-in feel. The first floor bedrooms - two with fabulous sea views - are quite modern but the ground floor is done up and furnished in Victorian style. Apart from the state-of-the-art TV and sound systems it's like stepping back in time. There's a big garden and outside eating area next to an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The attic rooms are a little poky but fine for children. My one complaint is that the previous occupants must have been smokers and it took us a couple of days to get rid of the smell. But located just 20 minutes' away from the little local beach, it was a perfect base for a family holiday.
Comfortable well equipped property.
The washing machine is in the cellar with a steepish stair case with no hand rail.
The two twin bedrooms on the second floor are in need of redecoration.
The entrance to the property has two brick gate posts which are fairly narrow,fine if you have a small car.
We had a couple of minor problems , the owner sorted them very quickly.
