Casa Leon, 4 people, terrace with jacuzzi

Casa Leon is a fabulous house in the heart of the sought-after town of Pollença. This welcoming property is a great gem to be discovered.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with all the comodities, attention to detail and exquisite design. From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully-fitted kitchen as well as a patio with Jacuzzi and a BBQ. There is a toilet and a laundry room. Heated Jacuzzi for supplement of 18€/day, minimum 3 consecutive days.

On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, a twin and a double. The double has an en-suite bathroom and the twin has an en-suite shower room. The cherry on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seats to enjoy the views to the town and mountain range.

This is definitely a very strong addition to our porfolio, and certainly not a property one wants to miss!

Great Spot, Central Location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week while cycling/working remotely. Great setup for that here, very central location, newly renovated place with good amount of space.

Perfect Getaway

What a delightful place to stay. Newly and beautifully renovated with masses of space. Although surrounded by other houses it was cleverly tucked away with a private roof balcony a patio with cooling jacuzzi and we loved the renovation with lots of natural wood.

Very sparsely decorated. No side night tables beside bed. Hot tub was cold. Spotted a large roach in downstairs bathroom. Hard to park a car nearby, but we found a parking area 5 min walk away. Was not told there was a key for safety deposit box until we inquired? Could not operate any of the tvs…no instructions.

Sehr ruhig, Zentrumsnah. Leider nur Innenhofausicht.Sehr schmale Gasse.Keine Parkplätze. 200 m bis zum nächsten Parkplatz. Haus gut geeignet für 4 Personen. Nicht sehr sauber. Sonst O K

Super Lage, schön eingerichtete Wohnung - mit kleinen Mängeln

-Super Lage -nahe, öffentliche und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten trotz Innenstadtlage -Preis-Leistung ok -Wohnung ist schön groß und perfekt für 4 Erwachsene -Whirlpool ist super - Check-In-Zeiten sind katastrophal! 10 Uhr Check-out und 17:00 Uhr Check-in! - 3 Türen ließen sich kaum öffnen/ schließen, da sie verzogen waren. Diese war insbesondere bei den Badezimmern sehr ärgerlich, da es - vermutlich aufgrund eines defekten Siphons - sehr stark nach Kloake gestunken hat! - Zusatzkosten für einen Whirlpool sind recht hoch und aufwendig, da diese vorab angemeldet und extra per Kreditkarte gezahlt werden mussten! Da dies vorab aber bekannt war, ist das in Ordnung.

Prima Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in dem Altbau, der sehr modern eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben benötigt. Die Lage der Casa Leon ist perfekt, um fußläufig die Innenstadt von Pollenca zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Casa Leon und sind gerne wieder Kunde bei Sealand Villas!
