Beautiful spacious gite in the center of the Dordogne overlooking the waterfall

Domaine Comtesse de Dordogne consists of 2 holiday homes and 4 holiday apartments located on the site of the former forge (La Forge) which dates from the 17th century. The domain is crossed by the river La Beune and is surrounded by a beautiful park with a beautiful view of a waterfall and the village. It is a few minutes' walk from the village of Les Eyzies de Tayac.
 
GÎTE PANORAMIQUE (6 PEOPLE - 100 M2)
 
This beautiful gite is located at the swimming pool, is also very spacious (100 m2) and looks out over the Beune and waterfall through a panoramic window. The house has a spacious attractive living room and a spacious kitchen with a 6-person dining table. This gite also has its own terrace.
 
All rooms are on the ground floor and in addition to the very spacious living room, the gîte has three double bedrooms. There is a spacious communal bathroom and separate toilet in the apartment. All rooms have their own style and atmosphere and are equipped with box spring beds.
 
The fully renovated gîtes offer every comfort and the decor is inspired by the typical French environment. The houses and apartments are equipped with all modern facilities and offer access to a modern communal swimming pool and a beautiful water feature where you can fish.
 
The village of Les Eyzies de Tayac-Sireuil is one of the largest towns in the Dordogne department. One of the most famous in the Périgord, this city has an exceptional historical and cultural wealth that makes it a must-see for any visitor to the Périgord Noir. From prehistoric times to the Middle Ages, the city has the largest number of protected and classified sites in France, some of which have been part of the UNESCO inventory since 1979.
 
The park itself also has enough facilities to keep you entertained.

Fishing The River Beune flows through the entire domain. A dam collects a body of water (pond) that flows into the river in the form of a waterfall. If you like fishing, you can go fishing for trout or other fish that come to the Vézère.
 
Organize a Picnic The natural layout of the domain with the Beune and its water reservoir provides beautiful walks around the pond, and why not organize a picnic on the tables set up on the lawn.
