Stabal y Copa features a bright, spacious kitchen and a separate utility room with further appliances. There's a charming lounge boasting exposed timber beams, a 3-piece suite, TV, DVD player and patio doors that open out onto the south-facing patio area. Upstairs you'll find a king bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and shower. There are some plenty of attractions and amenities to explore just beyond Adfa village, from the many galleries, museums and walks found in Newtown to Llanfair & Welshpool light railway and Llyn Coed y Dinas Nature Reserve.

Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen/dining area, lounge with TV and utility/cloakroom First Floor: Double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with separate shower and bath. 
Kitchen and utilities:  Kitchen with hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher and large dining table for up to 6 people. Utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and opening to downstairs WC and wash basin. 
Entertainment: TV and DVD player in lounge. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside:  Securely fenced south-facing patio area with views over surrounding countryside. Two gates leading out into yard. Lean-to area housing garden furniture and gas BBQ.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 3 cars.

Head out for walks straight from the door to explore the stunning mountains, caves, and waterfalls of Mid Wales. There are walking routes for everyone, from children-friendly wanders to challenging mountain trails. Spend the day in Newtown (11 miles away) visiting the Falconry Experience, the Textile Museum, Arts Centre, and Robert Owen Museum. Head to Welshpool (13 miles) to explore Powis Castle and Garden, Glansevern Hall, and Powysland Museum. You’ll find shops and supermarkets in both towns and why not treat yourselves to dinner at the local pub in Bettws Cedewain (6 miles away) on the way home.
