Welcome to this beautiful apartment with a fantastic sea view where you can hear the waves and see beach life!
You will find this apartment in Capistrano Playa and here you have 150 meters to the beautiful Burriana beach.
Bright, spacious, modern apartment with open plan kitchen/living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. From the living room you have direct access from 2 different directions to the fantastic 28m2 terrace. Here you enjoy a sea view and sun until well into the day (no evening sun).Over the incredibly cozy sofa lounge there is a small roof that covers part of it and there is also an awning to enjoy shade in the summer. On the terrace you also have a dining table with chairs. Nice view of the pond in Capistrano Playa, stairs down to Burriana beach, lift up to the nice pool area which is 2 minutes away and which is open from the beginning of March to the middle of November.
Good WiFi, TV. AC is available in all rooms.
Two bedrooms. One with a lovely double bed with balcony doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has 3 beds (one single bed + bunk bed, all can be used by adults) with a private bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.
Easy access with just a few steps from the street outside, where there is also the possibility of finding free street parking.
