Nestled in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, the house features garden furniture, a fenced garden, a 15 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, alarm system, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, and a communal+children's swimming pool. Entertainment is provided by a TV and internet access is possible (according to availability, 10€/day).
The independent kitchen with vitroceramic cooking system features modern amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine.
