This lovely home located in Hidden Valley off of Las Positas in Santa Barbara is a perfect vacation home in which to retreat and relax. Just five minutes to the beach and downtown Santa Barbara. The outdoor space lends itself to the wonderful California lifestyle we all dream of, with lovely grounds, lily pond, Jacuzzi spa, and a delightful patio with sitting area. This 4 bedroom home offers a living room, family room, private office or fourth bedroom, and three bathrooms. The master suite has a large sitting area with fireplace. The family room offers additional space with booked-lined shelves of special interest to the history buff. This is a perfect vacation home for a family reunion or much needed respite.

Beautiful property to relax and enjoy with friends and family.
What a beautiful home and experience. I cannot think of anything that we didn’t enjoy. The house is incredibly well equipped and has the perfect layout to feel cozy but not crowded. The yard is absolutely stunning, such an oasis. We enjoyed the neighborhood’s quietness. We will come back!!!

Spacious house with gorgeous backyard
This home was perfect for our family looking for an extended stay. We were close enough for a quick drive to the beach and felt like we had peace and quiet when we needed to rest. Would book again. The kids loved the backyard features.

Great yard and spacious house
The yard is large and gorgeous and was truly the highlight of our stay here. The bird watching just from the deck is fantastic! The home is also quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Only thing you may want to be aware of is that there are some extra things required that I've never experienced with other rentals: renter's insurance (but it's inexpensive and can be obtained through just about any insurance company) and a mid-stay cleaning ($125). But neither of these things was too much of an inconvenience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Month’s respite
We had some pleasant surprises. The expansive backyard had a putting green and a fireplace and several areas where to dine. The kitchen was well equipped with nice cutlery and plates. We loved how it opened out to the patio and enjoyed cooking some extravagant meals. We couldn’t figure out how to plug any of the bathroom sinks.. Overall a very pleasant stay.
