The kitchen and dining area is fully furnished and it opens on to an outside terrace area and that allows air and light into the room. The open plan ground floor is equipped with a TV and 2 air conditioning units. The dominant wooden dining table can fit up to 8 diners whilst enjoying the beautiful art on the walls. The separate WC on this floor also has a washing machine.

This villa with modern architectural design, amenities and comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 air conditioned bedrooms. Each of which have their own modern bathroom fitted with shower and all other modern amenities. One single bedroom is located on the ground floor. The elegant staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a lovely terrace with partial sea view.

In addition, the basement area is also available for guests. The basement is equipped with two air conditioning units, table tennis, and children’s toys.
