23 SouS is centrally located in the old part of the center. Our 18th century house offers two comfortable double rooms, each with its own entrance and private bathroom. These can be booked separately or together as a family stay. 23 SouS is ideally located to discover the city on foot and by bike. Also, 23 SouS is suitable for a family with children and business travelers. Especially in this part of the center there are many family activities to do with children within walking distance, such as the zoo and an unique outdoor public swimming place. We can arrange facilities for children on request. For business travelers, conference locations are easily accessible from 23 SouS. The rooms have facilities for a work-related stay. 23 SouS is easily accessible on foot, by car and by public transport.

In this way we combine and express our affinity with architecture, art, design, comfort and sustainability. We have furnished our house based on these principles. Why they chose this property

23 SouS is a 20-minute walk from the central station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. A direct train runs between Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Central Station in thirteen minutes. In addition to paid parking on the street, there is also parking nearby at Park & Ride Zeeburg (1 euro per day) and Parking Oosterdok (from 5 euros per day). Family activities within walking distance include Artis Zoo, Maritime Museum, Nemo, unique public swimming pool in the canal. So bring your swimsuit! Popular attractions within walking distance include Royal Palace Amsterdam, Canals, Hermitage, and De Oude Kerk. The Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum and Anne Frank Museum are 15 minutes by tram 7. You can have breakfast at Bakers & Roasters and Spirit (organic). Lunch, bar or dinner can be enjoyed at Frank Smokehouse, Coulisse, brewery 't IJ, Homeland, Scheepskameel, Lastage (Michelin star), and Vermeer (Michelin star), &Moshik (Michelin star).
