About this property

Newly refurbished (2022) bungalow In Sunnyside not far from Culloden Battlefield, Inverness and Nairn. Good location for exploring the Highlands and relaxing in a quiet location with great indoor and outdoor amenities.

The property has been tastefully refurbished and decorated to a high standard. With a good-sized lounge, with patio doors opening to a south facing decked area, good sized private garden with gazebo with barbeque. Ample seating in the living room with large TV. Modern kitchen with a dining table. Washing machine, dishwasher and all the other essentials to make a great stay. 3 bedrooms, one double with en suite shower room, one with twin beds and the other with a single bed. All bedrooms have TVs. Family bathroom with bath and shower. Garage with table tennis table.

The hamlet of Sunnyside is just outside Inverness and very close to the Culloden Moor battlefield. Easy access to Inverness and the Highlands.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.

All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

You will be required to check in online via an email sent by Gael Holiday Homes (The Host). Key collection information will only be sent out after online check in is completed. Please ensure you done this at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Sunnyside, Culloden

We had a lovely week at Sunnyside, Culloden, even though we were sheltering from storm Babet for half the week. The house is very clean with a well equipped kitchen with an induction hob, which took a bit of figuring out, but once we had it was great. The welcome pack was a very pleasant surprise and the teenagers loved the Netflix during the storm. Inverness is just minutes away and there are loads of well stocked local shops close by.

Gorgeous

Amazing accommodation, extremely clean and tidy . The beds were very comfy, as well as the sofas , so we could totally relax after being out all day , under the abundance of blankets provided. Garden was lovely would love to return in the summer , not midge season !, . Great location for exploring in and around inverness. The welcome pack was great and much appreciated, also all of the extras i.e soap , dish tabs etc All in all we would love to return Thank you so much Donna

Lovely property

Sunnyside is a lovely property, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and was very well equipped. The garden is full of relaxing areas, catches the sun and has a stone bbq. It's on a close but not overlooked and quite private. There is a train track which runs alongside the garden fence and when you first hear it it can sound loud, but it wasn't a problem and only lasts seconds. The bedrooms are modern and well laid out and the showers are very good. I highly recommend this property.
