Guest access
Guests are welcome to share use of the extensive gardens. There is a meandering brook running through our grounds which can get quite high in rainfall. There are also four ponds. None of these are fenced so please be very careful around them especially with small children and anyone unstable on their feet. Thank you.

The Forest of Dean has some fantastic sightseeing opportunities and we’d be happy to recommend our favourites. We live on the edge of Newland village and kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours on arriving and leaving. For this reason, we also request no acoustic music or loud noise outdoors after 11pm.

Please make a special request if you’d like to bring a pet.

Please note that we are a small working estate of 20 acres. During your stay, there is a chance we may need to carry out tree work, essential repairs, maintenance of the ground, buildings and farmland. We will do all we can to ensure the least disruption so that you have a comfortable stay. We too will be very respectful of your safety and privacy whilst you are here.
