Ca'n Tortet is a beautiful and contemporary 3 bedroom villa. It has an open plan living/dining room with satellite TV and dvd player and a fully fitted kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms on the first floor and a double bedroom with separate shower room on the ground floor. It has wonderful outside space with a generous sized pool (8m by 5m) as well as an outdoor dining area and brick barbecue. It is the perfect property for both families and couples alike. The restaurants, shops and bars of the stunning town of Pollenca are only a 5 minute drive away and the beaches of Purto Pollenca, with their shallow shelving perfect for families, is 15 minutes away by car. Ca'n Tortet is a 55 minute drive from Palma airport.

Parking at the property In driveway of property Keys : In key box at the rear of the stone pillar adjacent to the BBQ - code is 1986 (set combination and hold down black lever on left of combination; this will allow you to pull down the front of the box to release keys) Ensure you move the dials around so as not to leave the code on display Operations Manager / Concierge : Sonia Blagg (0034) 658 502 675 Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right-hand side! 1. 0.0km From the multi-storey car park follow the signs for Palma. 2. 0.3km Join dual carriageway following signs for Palma. 3. 1.7km Join motorway, Ma19, following signs for Ma20/Palma. 4. 5.6km Move into the right hand lane and prepare to take Exit No.3, Ma20/Andratx. 5. 5.8km Take Exit No.3 signposted Ma20 and Andratx. Once you have joined the motorway carefully move into the middle lane. 6. 8.4km Go past Exit No.3a and take Exit No.3 for Inca. You will join the Ma13 motorway running north from Palma to Port d’Alcúdia. 7. At Exit 40, POLLENCA/SA POBLA, leave the motorway and at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit following signs to Pollença on the Ma2200. Reset your odometer to zero 8. Continue for approximately 7km and start to slow down as soon as you see the 49m marker on your right. Once you have passed the Pollença Golf on your right and a yellow sign for “Son Brull 200m” take the left turn in to Cami de CAN LLOBERINES (if you reach the entrance to Son Brull on your right, you’ve gone too far) - continue for 100m. 9. Turn left through the stone gateposts, signposted as C’an Volanti. Follow this track for 100m and Can Tortet is at the end of this track on your left. The keys will be in the key box, located at the rear of the stone pillar, to the left of the BBQ (code 1986), there is a light switch here also, should you arrive late evening. Welcome to Ca’n Tortet!
