About this property

Our home in Pine Mountain Lake is clean, newly redecorated and spacious (all new furniture, washer/dryer and newly painted inside and out) with 2 separate living spaces.

Upstairs is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area (seating for 8) and living area plus 3 bedrooms. There is a sunroom off the master bedroom and a work space in the 2nd bedroom.
Downstairs is a separate living room with private bedroom and full bath.

Outside is a large (approximately 1,000 sq ft) wrap around deck with seating and bbq.

Pine Mountain Lake is a safe/secure gated community. Everybody who enters must have verified access. There are many things to do right in the community itself - such as, horseback riding, golfing, and swimming (plus activity/boating rentals). There are 3 different marinas with a water taxi running between each one (seasonal). The main marina is just a short 0.5/miles from the house. The main marina has a snack bar, bbq areas, grassy area for sunbathing, boat and water activity rentals and volleyball nets.
Yosemite is approximately 40 minutes away to the West gate. Downtown Groveland is a 5 minute car ride from the property. Its main street has shops and restaurants, a library and park.

Just what we needed!

This property has everything what you need for the big family vacation and for the sporadic remote work and zoom calls :) Well equipped kitchen, spacious house with large deck. Bedrooms got a nice beds and enough linens, pillows, blanks and towels. Sandy (the host) is extremely helpful, friendly, and responded quickly with useful info to address our needs to make sure we are having great time during the stay. (Sandy - thank you!)

Overall, highly recommended. Easy access to Yosemite and the house was nice and clean. Water heater stopped working on the last day but this can be fixed.

Golf week

The owners were very accommodating allowing us to check in a little early so we could get ready for our first afternoon of golf. We planned on golfing 4 days but the last day was rained out. So we had a full day to stay inside and watch movies & read books; the large living room with comfortable seating was very nice.

QAS Audubon Birding Natl Park Trip

The house was prefect for our needs we used it as a the base for exploring Yosemite and the surrounding area during our birding excursions (no issues with the wildfires in the area but did run into to some closed roadways in Yosemite during our stay). Found everything in the house to be as described in the listing and had no issues (other than the steep driveway). The house was clean and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening discussing the days birding results. Owners where very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions.Thanks again for sharing your home with our group. Jim F

Our 2018 National park family trip.

We enjoyed Yosemite! It ranks up on the top with Acadia in Maine and Glacier in Montana. Our stay in pine mountain resort was a very pleasant surprise. The home was spacious, clean, well kept. Just bring clothes and toiletries. A very nice grocery store minutes away. Pine mountain is a resort with a lake, golf, hiking etc. don’t miss the boat tour.

Large deck with a lovely view

We spent 3 nights with our two children and their families. There was lots of bedroom space to accommodate us all comfortably. Only complaints were the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils. No strainer, no steak knives etc. The window in the master bath is cracked. But overall booking was easy and Sandi was very accommodating and helpful

Beautiful House and clean house

Master bedroom attached with sunroom with a daybed was a treat. House was neat and clean and we had no complains. Sandy even gave us suggestions for near by area. This house was close to a market which was very convenient. The only thing unexpected was the mandatory $27 fee for entering Pine Lake Community. 5 stars from us! Thank you Sandy!

Very comfortable house

The house was fantastic for our stay. There are basically two masters (one upstairs and one downstairs) plus a room with 2 twins and a room with one queen. The kitchen was well-appointed and the house was very clean and comfortable. The deck is very spacious with a table that easily seats 8 people. We had a very lovely visit.
