Cosy Character Grade 2 Listed Cottage with Wood Fired Hot Tub
Charity School Cottage is a Grade 2 listed cottage in the village of Tredington on the borders of south Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. The cottage is approximately 350 years old, being stone built and retaining all of it’s original character and features. Charity School was Tredington’s original school as early as 1812.

Everything has been sympathetically restored to original features including - flagstone floors in dining room, oak floors in living room, stone floors in kitchen, cast iron radiators throughout, exposed oak beams, open fireplace in dining room, AGA wood burning stove in living room, fully fitted kitchen with large range cooker, solid oak units and stone worktops.
Cottage also benefits from a large utility room which house a large fridge freezer, washing machine and storage/drying of wet dogs and muddy boots!!.
