A home from home, tastefully decorated for you to enjoy and relax. A choice of terraces to get full sun or shade with a glass of wine in your hand. Enjoy a splash in your private pool before you lie down on the sun bed. Gas barbecue available for an alfresco lunch or lazy evening dinner.
Supermarket on site, gym, crazy golf, pétanque court, trim trail, childrens play areas, table tennis, chess & draughts tables. Numerous bars and restaurants on site and literally just outside an entrance on the Boulevard. The hotel on the resort has a gym, indoor pool, spa and beauty treatments available too.
No same sex groups, only families, please.

Retired couple who spend half the year in Spain and the UK, because it’s our home in the sun, we are restrictive in when it’s rented and who we rent to, only family groups. We enjoy travel and exploring new places.

Why they chose this property

It checked our wish list re sun orientation, outlook, type of property, position within the resort. We have made some substantial improvements to it since buying in 2017. The resort is well positioned as Los Alcazares is only 10 minutes away by car and the beautiful city of Cartagena. Lots of big shopping centres within 20 mins drive.
