The Vale is a detached farmhouse nestled in the village of Ashwaster, Devon and can sleep eight guests in four bedrooms.
The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, conservatory and sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV with Sky. The bedrooms include two doubles, a ground-floor king-size and a twin with TV, served by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is a garden patio with a barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.1 miles there is a shop and within 1.3 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in price. The Vale is a magnificent escape to a rural part of Devon.
