The fully equipped apartment comes with 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a beautiful and spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. All bedrooms have name brand linens, soft lighting, and decoration. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

There is partial Air Conditioning, there is only one split in the living room and main bedroom. Baby bed and baby chair provided (upon request).

This spacious unit has two bathrooms and far from ordinary. Both lovely bathrooms are fully equipped with shower, toilets, shampoo, etc. We also provide fresh towels. They are the perfect place to get ready before starting into a new day discovering BCN.

Early Check in? Late check out? No problem! We can't actually let you into the apartment earlier, or let you stay longer, but we work with a great service that can take care of your suitcases for you if you arrive much before check in time, or fly out much later than check out time, so you can enjoy your day in the city without carrying them around. In accordance with Community rules, and seeking good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your party must be over 35 years old to stay in this apartment.

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
