Experience the classic elegance of Barcelona in this charming apartment near the iconic Sagrada Familia cathedral and the Arc de Triomphe.
The apartment is a traditional Barcelona apartment completely renovated. Exquisite decoration and choice of furniture with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a double shower.
There is a beautiful living room with a large table where you can work or dine and sofas for watching television.
A kitchen with everything you need to cook a perfect meal and a living room with a beautiful table for dining and balconies for having breakfast.
There are two luxury double rooms with two-meter beds, TV, work table, balconies with lots of natural light and another room with two single beds.
Neighborhood:
Eixample is mainly a normal residential area, meaning you will be living among locals and with real, authentic restaurants, cafés and shops, instead of the more touristic aimed souvenir shops and restaurants in other parts of the city. The area is calm and quiet at night, so it is very suitable for children families or others who like their holiday to be quiet and calm :). Furthermore, it is a very safe location. In only 15 minutes walking distance you will be standing right next to the famous Sagrada Familia! Being in the very center of the city, all options of public transportation (buses, metro etc.) will be available for you! The area around the apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city due to the excellent transport systems that comprises of both Metro, Busses and Trams.

Please be reminded to properly close both doors of the elevator before use. Before cosing, ensure it is sent to the ground floor. In the event of complaints from the neighbors due to improper elevator closure, a fine of €50 will be imposed. Thank you for your cooperation!

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify that it may vary according to the current year.
Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.
