Amazing apartment in the heart of Barcelona

This amazing apartment is located on the main shopping street of Barcelona, Rambla Catalunya, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, which makes your stay super pleasant and there is always something to do. Paseo de Gracia is only a few meters away, which is known for its boutiques. As the apartment is centrally located, it is easy to communicate with the city, with metro and bus stations within 5 minutes walking distance.

The building has a small elevator that takes you to the door of the apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated with natural oak floors, which creates a warm atmosphere. On the other side of the large entrance door, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The modern living room has a corner sofa and a coffee table extended by a small but beautiful terrace. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with storage space and a large and bright en-suite bathroom.

When you stay in this beautiful luxury unit, you have access to everything. The unit is rented out to one family at a time, so you have ultimate privacy and space. Your host will be happy to meet you upon arrival and give you all the information you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Business travellers can pop open their laptops, connect to the speedy WiFi, and keep connected with customers, clients, family, and friends back home. Families traveling with young children will have access to a baby crib, just let us know of this need beforehand so we can have it set up for you!

Do you want to maintain your fitness even while disconnecting on vacation? Don't worry! At Stay Unique we think of all your comforts, this is why, you have the opportunity to access our small gym in the building during your stay:
Rules use of the gym:
- Small machine room shared with clients in the same building.
- Opening hours from 6 AM to 11 PM.
- Access with cost 5€/day to be paid during the booking process if you are interested in the service.
- It is recommended to bring your own towel as it does not include towels as a hygienic measure.
- There is no bathroom, you can use the one in your reserved apartment.
- Suitable for all ages. Children under 16 accompanied under adult supervision.
- No smoking, alcoholic beverages or food.
- The gym is close to the building in the same street
It is strongly recommended that all gym members have adequate health insurance to cover possible injuries or medical expenses related to physical activity. The gym and its staff are not responsible for any injury, illness, damage or loss of property you may suffer while on our premises or participating in our activities. This includes injuries caused by the negligence of other gym users.

In accordance with the rules of the Community, and looking for a good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 30 years old to stay in this apartment.

No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify that it may vary according to the current year.

Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.
