This property is a romantic one bed in close proximity to the local attractions Brixham has to offer and Jasmine Cottage also comes with three outside spaces, two courtyards to the front and rear of the property and a balcony on the second floor. Brixham is the famous fishermen town and is within a 10 minute to 20 minute drive of Paignton and Torquay.

Parking: Please be aware there is no vehicle access to the property. A private parking space is provided for Jasmine Cottage along Southern Quay, a short walk from the property. You can unload near the property before you park.
General:  WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rental price. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided. 
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes:  Please be aware there is a spiral staircase throughout the property and is not suitable for infants. No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi Provided. Strong mobile phone signal.
