The house is divided into two separate floors that do not communicate with each other. At the entrance to the upper floor there is a large terrace with partial sea views, leading to the comfortable living-dining room with open, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is the typical naya (glass terrace) that can be converted into a dining room; a fully equipped kitchen, a rustic lounge and three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
