In a peaceful location within the popular resort of Binibeca, Mimosa is a beautiful villa filled with character and charm. The inviting kidney shaped swimming pool takes pride of place in the garden where we envisage hours and hours of fun for all the family. A pretty pergola creates some welcome shade and brick build barbecue makes outdoor living a breeze.
Inside, the villa is light and airy with stylish decoration and comfortable furnishings. There are three bedrooms, one of which has en-suit facilities with a family shower room for the others to share. The lounge/diner has an archway leading into a brand-new kitchen fitted with all mod cons and patio doors taking you straight out onto the covered pergola.
A short walk from the villa is the enchanting sandy beach of Binibeca, a great spot for snorkelling, building sandcastles or simply enjoying a cocktail from the beach bar. Restaurants and shops are all within easy reach and if you fancy a trip further afield, the capital Mahon is just a short bus ride away.
