Everything you need

Excellent!!

The apartment is excellent, with 4 spacious bedrooms, a very comfortable lounge/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. Phillip was on hand for check in and check out and communicated very well at both ends of our stay. Walking distance to the theatre district, Chinatown and Westminster while also a short walk to 2 tube stations. Highly recommended.

Great stay near The British Museum

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this fabulous property in August. Clean, safe, comfortable home with nice beds and room to spread out. Centrally located, east to take cab or tube (Holborn) from this location and be anywhere quickly, the British Museum is a 5 minutes walk. Two food markets and a variety of food nearby. Philip was easy to work with and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again when returning to London!

Great central London location

We loved staying at this location in central London. We had three adults and two teenagers in our party, and there was plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast at home and have an evening snack before going out to dinner. The family room and dining room were a nice place to hang out as a family and relax after a busy day around the city. The location of the apartment was very nice. It was literally a couple minute walk to the British museum and about 10 minutes to walk into Covent Garden. This made it convenient for us to get to a lot of local shopping restaurants, local tourist highlights, and the museum. It was also very easy to catch a bus right outside the apartment to go to and from places like Trafalgar Square or Westminster abbey. We also like that the location had two coffee shops within 30 yards of the front door. Across the street and up one block was a small grocery store, and if you went to flocks further, you could get to a larger grocery store. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe and was not too loud in the evenings for our family. If you’re looking for a location in central London, that makes it easy to get around. I would definitely consider using this place again. We found the apartment to be well, equipped, well furnished, and clean. When comparing the price of staying at this apartment versus a hotel, this was a much better option.

Great place and location

Really convenient place in London to stay, close to all transport and attractions. Had a great time! Philip was very responsive and was there at check in and check out, even helped us with our very heavy luggage! Highly recommend.

Perfect location

We stayed here for a family wedding being held at a local hotel down the street. The location was perfect for the wedding but also very easy for sightseeing as well. The flat was very spacious and gave everyone plenty of room. It was great being able to have quick breakfasts or snacks all together in the dining area. Philip was a great host and very responsive.

Tremendous location for exploring London

Great location for walking or using public transportation to see major sites, communicative property manager, member of our party was surprised how quiet the flat was at night, really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

This 4 bed/2 bath flat is perfect for walking to see all the top sites in London! Nearby pubs offer the best food! Host was friendly and very quick to respond to questions.

Great location, perfect stay

Phillips place was fantastic for our stay in London. It was close to two metro stations and walking distance from several restaurants, coffee shops, and the British Museum. Absolutely fantastic!

Great location and plenty of room!

Highly recommend. We loved the location and the room and the owner was very communicative. Very clean and comfortable. Also felt safe. If you have 8 like we did, bring toilet paper and paper towels, as only one tool is provided per bathroom. Also there are no top sheets, in case you are used to that. No coffee maker but doesn’t matter because below you is a coffee shop, in fact two of them. None of these are big problems, just good to know. Great place!!

London flat right in the middle of the action…

We had a wonderful stay and Philip was great to work with. The flat is spacious and in a great location…walkable to many attractions and in very close proximity to the tube station. One issue arose with one of the showers that couldn’t immediately be fixed. This ended up being quite inconvenient as 5 of us were forced into using one shower. Outside of this, the property was as advertised.

Great location and host

Our group for five had a wonderful experience here. Place is as advertised and had good space for us during our stay. The host was very quick to respond and friendly. Location was perfect - a 7 min walk to Holborn station and the area had some great restaurants and pubs nearby. The flat is located two floors up so be aware that you’ll be taking the stairs up and down. Wasn’t a problem for us. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Excellent located location, and it's huge

First of all a big thanks to Philip for having us. Super convenient communication, easy check in/out. The flat is located right in the middle of Bloomsbury, a short walk from the British Museum, close to Russel Square and Covent Garden is nearby as well. The apartment itself is well equipped and we (2 adults plus 3 kids) found it both very convenient and indeed quite spacious (each kid had a room for itself). Bottom line: this is a super place to stay in London and we can really recommend it.

Great stay

There were 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Great location to feel like a local vs being in a hotel. Full kitchen incl washer. Philip was very responsive and helpful.
