Recently renovated, the villa presents itself as a modern and welcoming environment, able to meet the needs of children and adults. The outdoor areas, spacious and well-kept, include a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and a veranda with table and benches and barbecue. A sofa and armchairs complete the porch as a small living room.
Villa Girasole pays special attention to your children: the spaces are designed for their enjoyment and include a beautiful soccer field and beach volleyball court that will give your children carefree moments and, why not, even adults!

Villa Girasole has a modern interior and furnishings with elegant details and valuable elements, such as beautiful wooden floors and exposed beams that create a pleasant atmosphere and a connection between rustic and modern.
The villa has two main entrances, one that opens onto the beautiful living room where there is a fireplace, satellite TV and sofa, and another that directly overlooks the beautiful and modern kitchen, fully equipped and equipped with a dining table. The living room and the kitchen are part of a large room, from where you continue along a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The first room is a double composed of a bunk bed, designed for children. The second is a large, bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. In this room there is also a small room where there is a washing machine and an extra fridge. The last is a bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds) equipped with a French window with access to the outside. Along the corridor there is a second bathroom with a shower.
