The property is located in one of the oldest and most famous areas of Positano, consisting of white houses separated on one side by uncovered streets and stairs and embellished with terraces full of flowers and white masonry arches. Here the houses are built as if they were attached to the steep rocky coast and are all oriented towards the "sun" and the sea, forming that picturesque cluster of houses that make Positano so unmistakable!

The Space:
Housed in an original structure dating back to the 18th century, the villa boasts modern and welcoming furnishings and offers a series of combinations in the interior spaces of over 200 square meters.

The rooms of the Villa also welcome a comfortable space with a latest generation 6-seater Jacuzzi Enjoy, a relaxation area and lounge with armchairs and a dining room with a table capable of accommodating all guests and a fully equipped kitchen with stove. five-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and combi oven, traditional oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, Italian espresso coffee maker and American coffee maker. the villa also boasts a private cellar with over 500 bottles of wine, some of which are produced by a famous local farm.

Outside, a very enjoyable 70 square meter panoramic terrace with umbrella, sun beds, table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a 20 square meter veranda with chaise longue and armchairs.
