PineWild, a Gated Lakefront Complex on Marla Bay

Very well maintained meadow view condo located in PineWild on Marla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Tahoe. A short walk to the water's edge and 3 miles to the South Shore 24 hour casino entertainment and Heavenly Village. Clubhouse with 2 tennis courts, private beach & pier, and beautifully landscaped walking areas.
PineWild is a fabulous location on Lake Tahoe close to world class entertainment, restaurants, galleries, water sports, hiking, biking, skiing, tennis, golf, etc.

Please no pets and no smoking! NO REFUNDS for "inability to arrive" due to weather or road conditions.

Max occupancy: 8 people including children.
Please note, this unit is located in a condo association, so please abide by the rules and be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. There is one assigned parking space for this rental unit. Guest spaces are limited, on a first-come, first-served basis if available. If available, only one guest space may be used up to 48 hours. Renters must check in with the HOA office to obtain a valid parking pass. Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Les Spear. Contact information to be provided upon booking.

Great house! Great location!

We were 2 families that went skiing to Heavenly. We had a great time at the house. It was very clean, fully equipped and all in very good shape. It might need some appliances to be updated but everything work perfectly! We requested a late check out and the owner let us stay longer as we needed after a long skiing weekend! Great experience and would recommend this house definitely for a big family! The house is better than what it looks in the pictures.

Nice condo outside of busy South Lake

We were happy to be outside of busy South Lake Tahoe (which we don't really care for), but close to good hiking trails. The place had all we needed and was comfortable for five adults. The property was in a well kept complex and quiet after hours. Marla Bay is lovely. We didn't use the beach during the day, but it was lovely and unpopulated in the morning and early evenings.

Had a wonderful time

We stayed here over the holidays with family members from out of town. It is a very convenient location if you are planning on activities in South Lake Tahoe. It offers a 5 minute drive to town but also a place to escape all of the traffic and crowds in town. There was plenty of room for our party of 5. Even though this unit doesn't sit right on the lake and it doesn't provide a lake view, it is a short walk to the beach. Our only critique is that the place is in desperate need of updating. The appliances are quite old but they are functional. The carpet is old and stained, the wallpaper is peeling in places. That being said, the place was affordable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice place!

We had a great time. The place was nicely furnished and well designed except for the kitchen up stairs but all the places are built like that. The condo located between the tennis courts and the lake was perfect for us. We came to play tennis and hang out at the beach afterward. The condo also looks over a meadow with horses in it and you can hear the coyotes at night! Our relatives also rented 2 other condos and our was the best!

Perfect Tahoe Spot

PineWild is a beautiful development with green grass, pine trees, assigned parking, private beach and pier and tennis courts. The private beach is just a short walk from the condo. The unit was spacious and comfortable and has gorgeous views of the neighboring horse meadow. Les was great work with! Can't wait to return next year.
