You are welcome to reside comfortably in this peaceful 2-storey villa-apartment in Naples’s Paestum, which is within a walking distance of the sea. It is ideal for sun holidays with the family. The ground floor with a large living room with sofa bed and kitchen is equipped with a large paved terrace of approximately 60 m². The garden of approximately 30 m² is located at the back and you can start the day with a wholesome breakfast.

The beautiful complex is built in a park of around 12,000 square meters, in the summer heart of the city of Paestum. It borders a beautiful green pine forest and it lies on Slecht 100 m away from the beach, where you can relax in the sun.

Thanks to the air conditioning, the indoors are nice and cool also on hot summer days. The pool is shared with the rest of the residence.
