From the garden, where there is a communal 50-square-metre swimming pool, there is a splendid view of the village, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the garden there is also a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining.
Due to the location on a slope, the flat is reached by ascending one floor via an external stone staircase. Parking in the grounds of the property. The place is reached by driving 400 metres up a straight, steep but asphalted road.
