Beautiful Home!
Although the neighborhood and surroundings were run down and sketchy, we had a terrific stay!The interior is well decorated. Made us feel cozy and safe. The Roosters and Dogs were at it all night and day. But, that seems to be the happening throughout the entire islands. It was definitely worth the price. Thank you so much!

The property owner was great from the very beginning. The house is cozy and the beds are comfortable. I will recommend the stay. The cameras and alarm are a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and was fun listening to the roasters. Thank you Rosa for being such a great host.

The property is as in the pictures, it was very clean and ready for us. The neighborhood is a working class kind of neighborhood, people living around were nice and in to their own business. We enjoyed our time in the property and for sure will rent again.

The exact locaton is not given - for a reason
The initial opinion of the property is that it is nice- once you get inside. However, the neighborhood is very sketchy and the landmark to find the home is a broken down impala out front. When you walk in there is an electricity cable you have to dodge to enter the door ( I am 5ft). The property needs a deep cleaning (walls were covered with small insect cocoons/ cobwebs) and vacuum- as rugs were so dusty that my families allergies were non-stop. The inside is redone but they should advertise that the water heater is connected to the shower head only and does not get hot like a traditional water heater tank. Water is not cold , but far from hot. Over all we did have a place to sleep and the living room couch was comfortable. However, we were sneezing - even after I took a broom to the walls-and unable to take hot showers. If those things do not bother you, then it is an option for staying.

Great property
The property overall is great. The owner did not receive a notification from vrbo that i remted the property but thankfully her number was listed and i was able to contact her via phonecall and text to get all the info i needed for checking. The property is beautiful. The neighbors have a horse and roosters so you do hear those but that is not uncommon in puerto rico. Power went out while there and thankfully the solar backup worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend staying here
