This beautiful villa in Montepulciano is ideal for a family or large groups. It can accommodate 15 guests and has 7 bedrooms. It has a swimming pool for you to unwind and relax after a long tiring day.

The town centre and the local grocery stores are 900 m away from the villa. Try out the local delicacies at the nearest restaurant only 1 km from the stay. Lake lies 20 km from the property.

A garden and terrace are in place for you to have a little chat session outdoors with your dear ones.
You can cook an amazing meal in the well-equipped open kitchen. This villa has fireplace, air conditioning, heating and washing machine for your convenience. bubble bath is in place for you to feel the luxury while relaxing.

Guests can check in between 4-7 PM and check out from 8-10 AM.

-In the season when our plants are laden with vegetables, we like to share them with our guests. If you would like to cook fresh seasonal vegetables in your accommodation, you can ask us in advance to pick some on harvest days.
-Shopping in the vegetable garden at certain times of the year to pick fresh vegetables and crops
-Upon reservation, owners organise typical uscan cuisine with products from the farm for 40 euros per person excluding wine
-Ligh lunch excluding drinks (mix of products from the farm according to seasonality, cured meats, vegetables, bruschetta and more) for 20 euros per person

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
