We would like to inform you that our property has limited parking spaces available, and we can only accommodate a maximum of two cars per booking. Please note that if you bring additional cars, they will be towed at your expense.
★It's important to note that decorative quilts or pillows may not be able to be washed in the home and therefore may need to be removed when necessary.
★The amenities provided by the rental service include bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4-5 dishwasher packs, and travel-size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
Additionally, bath towels or blankets should not be removed from the home at any time.
★We don't provide laundry detergent, please bring your own.
★ The owner has provided two parking passes and six pool armbands for guests to use during their stay. These items will allow guests to park their vehicles conveniently and access the pool area without any issues. It's important to keep in mind that additional parking passes and pool armbands may not be available, so guests are encouraged to take good care of these items during their stay.
★ The pool armbands provided to guests are reusable and must be returned to the unit after each departure. Please note that there will be a $30 charge for each lost armband.
