Welcome to FriendScape Lodge! We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests, homeowners & housekeeping to stay safe. We are following a cleaning checklist based on the CDC guidelines. Please contact us before booking, We need to make sure all people during the stay have been living in the same household. Our vacation rentals have lock boxes to enter the homes.
FriendScape Lodge sits on over a 1/2 acre, fenced and private. It is a great gathering space for small or large families, couples and friends. Gourmet kitchen is huge, open to the dining and great room. This home is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath. Additional sleeping in loft and downstairs living room. Smart Tv with Streaming options Netflix & Free options Roku offers, Foosball and Air Hockey table added to the downstairs living room area. Quiet neighborhood, STRICT QUIET HOURS 10pm-7am. This is a “NO PET HOME”. Cabin has security cameras in the driveway, front door, and kitchen window facing road (cameras are monitored, if we see a pet at the cabin, you will lose your security deposit). Parking ok in garage and in front ( do not block easement road for power company). May park in street by mailbox, limited to 4 cars.
Sorry, this is a NON PET FRIENDLY HOME.
~Pets are not allowed on the premises. Pets brought to the cabin and allowed entrance, whether owned by the renter or anyone in their group will result in loss of security deposit ($400) and possible eviction.

Great place
We brought our teenagers and friends to enjoy the mountain and it was a perfect place to spread out and hang. The furniture is comfortable and the place was well stocked.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable home 20 minutes from Timberline
This house was very spacious, clean, and had modern fixtures. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is beautiful. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend. We towed a trailer with gear out to OR from CO. It was a bit difficult backing a trailer into the driveway but it’s doable.

Good for One Night
The house was in a good location and provided a lot of space for our group. The layout was good and provided our teens with their own place to hang out downstairs. A soak in the hot tub was a nice way to end the night. The kitchen was spacious and was decently stocked with dishes, pots and pans.

When we got there the stove didn't work waited over an hour then someone came a sto e was popping Breaker did it 2 more times and I reset it but if it keeps popping breakers there must be a short.also had 3 garbage bags for garbage for seven days a 2 loads of dishwasher soap. Called management and they said we are responsible for the rest of our stay. Will not do vrbo in mt hood area again.

Our stay in this Mount Hood house was great. The kitchen is fully stocked as are the bathrooms with plenty of towels and hair dryers. We contacted the owner regarding the hot tub, communication was good and the project manager came right over. Our stay here was peaceful and relaxing.

Big house. Little hot water.
This house is amazing. It’s beautiful. It’s spacious. We loved cooking dinner in the kitchen and sitting around the big table. We enjoyed the big living area with fireplace and of course the hot tub was a favorite. I would have given 5 stars BUT after a day on the slopes all we wanted was a hot shower. Only 2 of us could have a hot shower right away. The others had to wait hours for the tank to fill up to have a hot shower which was such a bummer after snowboarding all day. The house has 3 beautiful big full bathrooms with showers and says it can sleep 14 people! It really needs a bigger water heater. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Weekend Away
Walking into this house blew my mind. It was stunning and had an incredible view. Even with knowing how many the house could sleep, we were floored at how spacious it was! The property manager was extremely accommodating and understanding about a circumstance that was beyond our control and saved the trip for a few of our friends.. What a magical place and made for a wonderful weekend. We would love to return and were thinking about making this a once to twice a year visit. Thank you so much for having our family and for providing such a beautiful getaway. We all loved it!

Beautiful home in a great location.
My Book Club planned an overnight stay at this home. We found a great kitchen for making super together, spacious lounges, nice bedding, gorgeous bathrooms. It would have been nice if the hot tub was covered as it rains plenty in Welches, but we put on our beanies, and were able to enjoy the tub, in the rain, very much at any rate. A great place! Would recommend.

Surprise 50th Birthday Party
Everything was perfect...except, we had a very upset neighbor because we parked some cars in the cul de sac at the end of the road. She complained about our house and the house up the hill being the “Party” houses and she was sick and tired of it! She threatened to call the police and the “commissioner” and stated that they owned the cul de sac, that it was private property and we weren’t allowed to park there. We listened to her tirade and when she was done, assured her that we would do everything we could to be quiet and accommodating. We never heard anything after that.

I brought my team of 8 out from Portland for a 2 day off-site. We enjoyed cooking together in the well appointed kitchen and working together in the massive great room. Lots of other shared spaces to collaborate or get away and relax made this an ideal spot for our work outing.

BEST PLACE EVER!
I’ve booked many houses/cabin in Welches and the Rhododendron area but this place is by far my absolute favorite! Pictures does not do this place justice! The moment I walked through those doors, it literally took my breath away. The house is very spacious and has lots of room for fun activities. There is also another living room downstairs however we didn’t ultizlie that space because the common room was HUGE! Kitchen- AMAAAAAZING! Fully equipped with pots, pans, & everything you need! All the appliances are brand new & very modern. My family and I really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen all weekend! Bathrooms- Every single bathroom in this house was so gorgeous! I loved the heated floors and I adore the master bathroom so much. The master bedroom is right next to the hot tub so thats a huge plus as well. Overall, our stay at this place was 11/10! My family and I will definitely be back :)

Amazing!
We loved this place! The home is beautiful and the amenities were the icing on the cake. The location is perfect whether you want to go to the mountain, hiking trails or even the ocean. Our family enjoyed this place so much we are already planning our next trip!
