Beautiful holiday home on a view plot by the sea, located in the village Forvik. Great for family holidays and anglers who want a fishing house with great sea fishing. Child-friendly and great hiking terrain. The house is nicely located on a view plot in a quiet and sunny area. It was built in 1952 and completely renovated in 2018. The house is large and spacious, and consists of 2 floors where a large kitchen, living room and dining room are on the 1st floor, while 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. 2 single beds in each bedroom which can be put together into a double bed. Satellite TV with many international channels, including many German TV channels. From the house and terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the archipelago outside, towards the island of Mindland and the mountain formation The Seven Sisters in the north. On the bright nights of spring and summer you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the horizon. Child-friendly garden and outdoor area for playing. 400 m to swimming/sandy beach. The immediate area has great hiking opportunities for the whole family. In the mountains, you get magnificent views of the sea and the many islands beyond, the largest being the island of Vega. Day trips by car to the coastal towns of Brønnøysund in the south with the famous mountain and tourist attraction Torghatten, and Sandnessjøen in the north. Car ferry to the island of Vega, well worth a visit. Prking by the house. Boat trip to Hamnøya outside with several idyllic sandy beaches is a great experience for the whole family. 1 km to restaurant/coffee distillery, 2 km to grocery store. Rich fishing opportunities in the sea. Fish in the open sea area or in more sheltered areas between the islands should the weather conditions be rougher. 1.8 km to the marina where 19 feet Kværnø self-draining aluminum boat with steering console, Garmin 72 cv chartplotter / echo sounder and 50 hp Yamaha 4-stroke can be rented. The boat is located at the floating pier where there is an indoor bench with water and light for cooking fish. THE BOAT MUST BE ORDERED IN ADVANCE. Please bring cash to pay for the boat + security deposit.
