Holiday home with a nice quiet location in Arrild Ferieby. The cottage is well maintained with open kitchen with dishwasher and living room with both smart TV and Chromecast as well as wood burning stove. From here there is direct access to the wooden terrace, where you can sit undisturbed and grill while the children play in the backyard. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a large, well-functioning loft with window and double bed that can be used by both children and adults. The bathroom is older but in good condition and there is access from the bathroom to a depot, which has previously been used as a sauna. The cottage has an energy-saving air / air heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate. The garden is landscaped with lawn, so there is room for both ball games and play. In Arrild Ferieby there is a public playground, swimming pool, mini golf and fishing lake. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
