This quiet and peaceful flat is located on the second line of the beach, in the Costa Azahar II building. There is no building in front of it, so the views, although lateral to the sea, have nothing in front of them to block them.
The flat has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a complete bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with lateral sea views.
It also includes air conditioning, wifi network, dishwasher and a parking space in the basement.
The building, as well as being second line to the beach, has all the essential services close by: from cafes and restaurants to the Mercadona, a 9 minute walk away. And of course direct access to the beach in an uncrowded area of Marina d'Or. Although the beach is pebble beach, once in the water, there is only sand, so although at first glance it may not look like it, it is a good beach.
The building has a communal seasonal swimming pool, landscaped communal areas, access to floors by lift or stairs, children's playground with swings and rubber flooring, ping pong table and parking for bicycles.
During the summer there are also vending machines near the swimming pool with cold drinks and snacks.
