The bathroom was full of mold. The bedroom and the living room were full of dirt and cobwebs in different parts of the house. There was a lot of humidity in the basement and the sewage water in the bathroom was always flowing slowly. In general, it was not good at all in terms of health.

Logement à proximité du louvre et du musée grévin Très bien placé logement propre point négatif pas de point de vue sur l'extérieur et le canapé lit est juste pr 1 personne ou 2 enfants en bas age

Great great location in the center of everything: dining, shopping, historic monuments, subway station. You come out of private quiet alley where apartment is located and the beautiful city center is in front of you. The only thing the apartment can benefit from is the lower bedroom dehumidifier

Terrible property

We were there a week and the Wi-Fi was never connected. Also no hot water until we complained and a flooded shower on arrival. There were not enough towels and no where to hang them to dry. Minimal to and kitchen towels. It was quiet. However the stairs down to the bedroom were steep with no hand rail. We were very disappointed as I have stayed in other Brno that was great in the same city

Bien localisé mais inconfortable à cause de l’humidité du sous-sol

Le problème majeur de cet appartement est le niveau d’humidité qui est très élevé. Tous nos vêtements de même que la literie demeurait humide et même mouillés. Les vitres demeuraient couvertes de buée. Lorsqu’on y entrait, nous avions l’impression d’entrer dans un bain vapeur. Nous avons allumé le chauffage de la chambre du sous-sol pour couper l’humidité mais la chaleur devenait insupportable.
