Comfortably furnished with an open plan living/dining area and newly fitted kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms with a family bathroom on the first floor. It comes with parking within the communal car park as well as on road parking.

Rooms : 2 x bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, kitchen, lounge/diner. Kitchen & utilities : With electric hob and oven, microwave, undercounter fridge, undercounter freezer, washing machine and DAB radio.
Entertainment : Flat screen smart TV, DVD player, books and games.
Outside: Communal gardens.
Parking: permit in communal car park plus parking on-road.
General : WiFi available, gas central heating, no smoking, linen and towels provided. No travel cot or high chair provided.
