SANDS COTTAGE
This pleasant two bedroom accommodation has been decorated in subtle tones with pleasant touches throughout providing a peaceful and relaxing ambience. The kitchen is bright, modern and well equipped with an integrated washing machine and fridge freezer. On the ground floor there is the extra benefit of a downstairs w/c within the stylish bathroom suite. The living dining area is open plan and deceptively spacious due to modifications to the layout that enhance the use of space. The double bedroom and Triple bunk bedroom are on the first floor with the cloakroom between finishing off this well presented village cottage. St Helens itself is a pretty village on the Island's East coast situated between Bembridge and Ryde, with Seaview Village just around the corner. Enjoying a gorgeously scenic and tucked away Bay this coastal village feels very traditional and would be highly recommended for those wishing to enjoy an authentic seaside family holiday. The local green often hosts cricket matches and local sports events as well as a regular car boot sale. The beach is in walking distance of the cottage and here you will find the remains of the original old church stunning scenery and fantastic sandy beaches. There is also a lovely cafe/restaurant, with stunning views, for you to enjoy a relaxing evening meal. The Vine Inn, nearby in the village, serves family meals all year round and on the corner of the road is a handy Post Office and store – what more could you want!

Comfortable House

Lovely comfortable house with all that you need for a family, in a great location in St Helens. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing, I would certainly return again. If I were to be picky, the chest of drawers in the main bedroom looks nice but is not practical to use, the wardrobe is very narrow in this room so you can't house many items in there, so we kept our clothes in the suitcase for the week, which isn't ideal. If a more practical chest of drawers was added to this room it would certainly help.

Nice place

Lovely house in a quiet village. Clean and very nicely modernised. Nice pub and handy shop in walking distance, and good access to the east side of the island. Parking an issue - only space for one car, and this is shared with the neighbour, so you may need to park at the village green.
