This is your perfect beach getaway! Nothing blocks your view of the beach and ocean from the large private deck! The amazing sunrises and moon rises will have you mesmerized and ready to just relax and unwind!

This adorable, second floor condo is in the Seagate of Amelia complex. It is freshly painted and is very light, bright, and beachy! The location is ideal with restaurants/bars, and numerous activites just a short walk away.

The cozy condo has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout the condo. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The living area is comfortable and offers wonderful ocean views! Whether lounging inside or gazing outdoors, the gorgeous views never get old!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. There is a breakfast bar with chairs looking directly onto the beach, what a view!

The master bedroom has a king bed and TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds.

There is one bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The deck off the living room is large with chairs, benches, and a picnic table. The walkway leads to the beach. The view is fabulous!

Loved the gated deck ... So did our two Chihuahuas! The view was wonderful and the weather was perfect. Loved the close proximity to the historic town . The restaurants were close and the dining excellent!

We truly enjoyed the view. To look out and see the dunes and ocean both from the unit as well as the deck was wonderful. We had everything we needed in the unit and would definitely return.

This beachfront condo welcomed us with a clean, warm vibe that immediately drew us to the deck with an unobstructed view directly overlooking the ocean. The unit offered just what we were hoping for, a place to relax, read and enjoy the beach energy. The condo is well maintained and provided comfortable accommodations and plenty of amenities. We planned to do more in the area but found that we just wanted to stay put and take in the view. From our morning coffee to our evening happy hour the deck was our hangout but it was also nice to be able to enjoy the same view from inside on a couple of chilly mornings. Booking was seamless and communication was easy, timely and accurate. The unit is on the second floor so occupants need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to get into the unit from the parking lot or the beach. We would definitely return to this spot. We loved everything about it!

Beach Front condo

Overall our stay here was very nice. The view of the beach and ocean is everything! The location of the property is very convenient to many activities and restaurants. We enjoyed biking in Fort Clinch which is located 1/2 a mile near the condo. The only problem that we had was the length of the water heater of the shower. The water was only warm for 5 minutes. For a family of four, this makes it tricky to take warm showers. All in all the stay at as great. Thank you!

Beautiful beachfront property

We came for a much needed vacation and our wedding anniversary. The beach views were amazing and the home was stocked with all necessities. King bed was very comfortable. If you’re looking for an escape away from touristy condo vibes, this is it. The charming downtown area is also very close with a lot of shopping and restaurant options.

Awesome location

Had an awesome, relaxing week at the beach! The location is perfect with awesome views and easy access to the beach. Dog friendly. Amelia Island is a great place to visit! The place is as listed, good size for the 2 of us and our dogs. We would return again.

Fantastic location and rental and manageEr

My family has been coming to Fernandina Beach for over 75 years, so I have rented at this wonderful beach many times, but this is my first time using VRBO. I would highly recommend this rental property! It was simply lovely and close to everything. Will definitely book here again next time we come down to visit with family at the beach, as this rental was close to the rentals our kin folk were in.😁

Just what we were looking for

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at this property. You couldn’t get a better beachfront spot. The views were spectacular day and night. It’s an upstairs unit which is important because the dunes mostly block the view from the first floor units. The unit was clean, very well equipped, and the decor fit the beach scene perfectly. It’s convenient to restaurants - just the right location. We definitely recommend this place.

A Great Experience on Fernandina Beach

This condo is located ON the beach. The ocean is close but far enough down the road to be out of crowded areas. The condo is comfortable. The deck is fantastic. We were very pleased and hope to return in the future.

Great setting but needs a deep cleaning/updates

This unit is right on the dunes, part of a fourplex of other rental units with long-time returning renters, and you can see the ocean right from the deck and living area. Simply stunning sunrises/sunsets and a pretty quiet stretch of white sand beach (further north the beach has higher %-age crushed shells than sand). The unit has most all the neccessities for a stay and comfortable beds; we were there two weeks, but it really needs a good deep cleaning and some updates to the livingroom furniture. As previous reviewers mention, the sofa & couch are not at all comfortable and the only bathroom has dust/dirt clinging to the walls, ceiling fan (that is it's ventilation) and other surfaces. The washing machine is very loud when it is running so we tried to wait until the neighbors were out to do laundry. We would likely not return unless these items were addressed.

Quiet, view was perfect, location ideal, cute/comfy/clean! Leaving was hard, already thinking about our next trip back to the area. Thank you for letting us bring our small dog. He loved it, too!

This property is very tired. It needs a good cleaning.

The house is very tired. The furniture is uncomfortable and the lighting is very poor very dark in the unit ,very dirty the ceilings the ceiling fans the bathroom the rug everything needs a very big face lift for the kind of money that you were asking for this place. We ended up leaving early because we were sneezing nonstop.
