Penthouse Casa De Lazzari

Casa De Lazzari Penthouse is located on the second floor, without a lift, of a small building which is a few steps from Piazza Brescia, about 150 meters from the sea.

It has an area of about 90 square meters, is well furnished and consists of
- large living area;
- kitchen with dining room on the veranda;
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bedroom with 2 single beds;
- a bathroom with a large shower box;
- large equipped terrace.

The apartment is equipped with an independent air conditioning system, TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

The price includes:
- the consumption of water and gas;
- beach service (1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds);
- final cleaning;
- parking for one car.

The consumption of the air conditioner is not included and is counted thanks to a kw counter in the apartment. The cost is 0.50 Euro kw / hour.

Tourist tax and bed linen not included.

According to our booking terms and conditions, groups of young people are not allowed to rent the apartments. If the above happens we will be forced to cancel the reservation without any refund.
