Heated outdoor pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the hammock and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), Complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Playground outdoor children's playground, children's climbing wall, paddle tennis court, tennis court, ping pong tables, soccer field and basketball court.

It has an elevator, garden furniture, fenced plot, 15 m² terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private parking space in the same building, 2 TVs.
The induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment but had the same with keys morning we were going home we got picked up
The property was lovely clean spacious could not fault it I would think twice about booking again had such a carry on to get keys we were delayed Due to weather and I phoned and said but office closed at 2-4-30 so had to sit about to go and collect keys which is about 2 miles there and back so half our day was wasted

Size and style of the apartment. Basic accessories was provided. Not convenient to get and leave the keys a far from the property. Regular coffee machine was missing. No washing liquids, e.g. Hand wash, body gel. No mentions of services opening restrictions before stay, e.g. children pool and Sauna was closed. No restaurants at the premises.

Fantastisch appartement met wat eenvoudige verbeterpunten.
Prachtig nieuw en royaal appartement op eerste verdieping in een fijn resort met uitzicht op o.m. zwembad, tuin en zee. Ook de zonligging van het appartement is uitstekend. Het resort ligt er prachtig bij en het zwembad en jacuzzi’s zijn heerlijk verwarmd zodat je ook in de winter kunt zwemmen. In tegenstelling tot eerdere reviews was het appartement inmiddels voorzien van kleerhangers en andere basics. Ook zeep, afwasmiddel, toiletpapier, olie, azijn, water en koffie waren voor de eerste dagen aanwezig inclusief een fles rosé. De service vanuit het beheerkantoor was netjes. Wel moet worden gerealiseerd dat de sleutels op ca 15 minuten lopen afgehaald en ingeleverd moeten worden. De inrichting van het appartement is minimalistisch en daardoor voelt het kaal aan. Wat wandversiering zou het appartement al aantrekkelijker maken. Daarnaast is het onhandig dat nachtkastjes en bedlampjes ontbreken. De bedden daarentegen zijn uitstekend.

Todo el compejo y el apartamento excelente Hay que ir a recoger las llaves muy lejos, no sabian los codigos para abrir el portal que son necesarios porque no tiene portero automatico. Al apartamento le fatan accesarios: mesillas, algo mas de menaje, colgadores en los baños para toallas, etc. Se nota que lo estan poniendo, pero yo creo que para alquilarlo tienen que estar puestos porque el apartamento lo merece. Es precioso.
