ALBUFEIRA PRESTIGE WITH POOL by HOMING

Excellent apartment with swimming pool in Albufeira, very well located, a few meters from a supermarket and just 1km from the tourist center and the famous Praia dos Pescadores. It is the perfect place for your holidays in the Algarve.

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it has a furnished terrace with a barbecue where you can dine while enjoying the great sun exposure of the region. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, and all sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The accommodation is spacious and is located in a modern condominium with elevator, garden, swimming pool and public parking in the outdoor area (reservation is not possible).

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in, which must be done from 3:30 pm. At the time you must inform us of your arrival time.

Key collection will be made at our Welcome Center in Albufeira, where you can also leave your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out, if necessary.

Please note that between 7:00 pm and 2:00 am late check-in is considered and is carried out directly at the apartment and has the following additional costs:
- €30 from 19:00 to 00:00
- €50 from 00:00 to 02:00

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).
