The split configuration layout offers complete guest privacy having the bedrooms on the opposite sides of the living arena.
It overlooks the inner courtyard, on which it also has a small balcony, and being also equipped with soundproof double-glazed windows make it extremely quiet at all hours of the day.
Since many people ask, I would like to point out that all rooms have doors; they are not noticeable in the photos because they are all sliding externally or internally to the walls.

It is considered one the coolest and most elegant residence of the Milan upper middle class with its buildings of the '900 and a mix of modernity and elegance where in the frenzy of the main streets you can see modern bars and restaurants mixed with historical shops like shoemakers and haberdashery.
