An enviable position on the western edge of the pretty coastal neighbourhood of Torre Soli provides this attractive holiday home with rustic country views to the rear, an outlook onto the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean to the front and easy access to the restaurants, bars, shops and long golden beach of Son Bou.
Entering via the front gate, you will find yourself in a pretty lawned garden, shaded to the rear by the leafy boughs of an elegant palm tree and bordered on all sides by lush hedges. Alongside the pool a sun terrace beckons for relaxing days at home; just beyond, an in-built barbecue is ideally positioned for preparing meals al fresco whilst adjoining the first floor twin bedroom is a balcony from where you can soak up enticing vistas of the nearby ocean.

Either head west and pick up the rustic footpath that weaves its way through the countryside to discover the delightfully unspoilt natural beach of Atalis (some 25 minutes on foot from the house) or follow the road through the residential area to soak up the bustling ambience of Son Bou. The shops, bars and restaurants of this family friendly resort are 1.4km away whilst its sandy beach is just a short distance beyond.

Even closer to hand, in Torre Soli itself, a walk of just 160m will bring you to the local supermarket and the nearest restaurant is 800m away. With everything so close to hand you may not feel the need to use the car, particularly since the local bus provides services not only between Torre Soli and Son Bou but also to the nearby market town of Alaior and Maó, the island’s historic capital.
