This first-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Smoking is not permitted. Please note, the property only accepts bookings with a minimum of 3 nights. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. 4 River Court makes is a lovely dwelling for an adventure to the Scottish Highlands.

Fort Augustus, located at the southwest end of Loch Ness on a section of the Caledonian Canel, is within driving distance and offers a variety of stores, pubs, and restaurants, while the towns of Fort William and Aviemore are also worth visiting.
